Procedure & Requirements: Degree Verification/Attestation,Duplicate Certificates etc

I have a question and request for an urgent response. I need my masters degree attested from HEC and have the following documents:

Masters Degree Original (that needs to be attested)
Masters consolidated transcript Original

Graduation Degree Original
Graduation transcript Part 1 Original + Part 2 copy (original is not available)

Intermediate Certificate Original
Intermediate transcript Part 1 Original + Part 2 not available even copy not available

Matriculation Certificate Original
Matriculation transcript Original

Will HEC have problem in verifying my masters degree? Did anyone experience similar situation? what was the outcome/solution? I would highly appreciate an urgent reply.

Only degrees are required. Transcripts/mark sheets usually have validity and they hold no value once the Degree (Sannat) is issued. For Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree, you can take them from the University again.

When I click on FORGOT PASSWORD, the website mentions my email address that the password has been sent to that email address. But I dont get any password email from HEC. Checked my junk mail too, but no email. Waht should I do to get my account?

2) I have all documents for my Masters(Degree/transcript), BS(Degree/transcript). for FSc. and Matric, I only have the Detailed MArk Sheets from FBISE. And school certificates. I dont have certificates.(NEver knew about them). What should be done here?

Yes... There seems to be an issue if thr id you have given is a Hotmail id. I got the mail immediately ob Yahoo however. I am not sure how this issue can be resolved but you can try calling HEC and try booking an appointment with them. Do report your issue as well.

SSC and HSSC mark sheets have a limited validity. The certificates issued by the respective boards stand valid and authentic for ever. They are somewhat similar to the mark sheets with details of marks obtained etc. but the format is a little different. These certificates are sent to the institutions from where you had appeared for the exams. So check with your school/college for the certificates if you have not given the exams privately. If somehow they have lost it, then apply for duplicate certificates as per the procedure I have already mentioned.

I hope you are fine, Can anyone guide me here, My fathers name on all of my documents is Muhammad akbar but on my matric degree is Muhd akbar, since I have done my matric from U.A.E through federal board and Muhd is widely accepted acronym of Muhammad. I just wanted to know would this create a problem for me while attestation of my bachelors degree From HEC or not?

Thank You. At least one can get his slot reserved online, last time i know, the IBCC office (behind shifa hospital) had no such facilities. For pretty much any related stuff, one has to go in the morning get into long lines and wait for your turn. Not to mention you have to submit fee in the bank nearby which has equally long lines...

The stamp on the bottom right corner is from the UAE Embassy. If you know someone directly, you can ask him to get it attested and that is the easiest way. Otherwise, just entering Diplomatic Enclave is hell of a difficult job. I first went there directly just to know the Embassy does not accept any documents on Fridays. So instead of asking more favor, I directly went through the second option.

Go to SASHA in Libra Market (Khadda Market) in G-7 and give them all the documents. They charge PKR 3800/- for regular procedure which take 4-5 days and PKR 5800/- for urgent procedure which take 1-2 days. The charges may vary as they are charged in Dollars. USD 40 for normal and USD 60 for urgent. If you pay them in Rupees, they over charge you. They charged me 96.6 rupees as exchange rate.

Documents Required: Original Degree and its front and back photocopy. Photocopies of SSC, HSSC Certificates, CNIC, Passport and University Transcript. Make sure your name and father's name is exactly the same on every document.

I have an issue with family name on passport. May name on all degree is mentioned as "Muhammad Asif Khan" but on my Passport it is "Muhammad Asif", Father name is correct and same on both passport & degree. I have got my degree attested from HEC and Foreign Office. Will UAE Embassy Create any issue in attesting my degree?
If yes, do i have any other solution other than re-newing my passport and getting my family name "Khan" in there?

can anyone guide me here........I have original transcripts of both BBA and MBA not degrees, but all my friends are saying that u can attest transcripts as well, no need for degree! Is it true?
And if it's false and I get only my transcripts attested but after some time when I get my degrees then I have to attest them as well???

I got an offer and accepted it, now the procedure enters in getting HSE attestation in phase-1; I got every original documents with me (Its very good i know) but here is the little problem.

CNIC info like father name (Musharraf Ali) and my date of birth (15-November) DONOT Match with my SSC Certificate which is Muhammad Musharaf and 05-November respectively written.

In all my educational documents till Degree my father name is written as Muhammad Musharaf.

Now What to do... I am afraid that HSE wont attest my document if they find mismatch info with my ssc certificate and CNIC.

Please suggest!

2) Update my CNIC (Correction in Father name, DOB) which would than require my passport to be updated as well???

Its better to update, your cnic.. as hec sees this info will submitting the document

if your degree are older than 10 year than you to go court or if 5 years older than you have to pay 5000...

I have recently re-located back to Pakistan from USA. (after 15years). I need to get my degree attested from HEC. I did my graduation (BCS) 1997 - 2000 from Szabist.

Someone told me that HEC won't attest / verify your qualification as it is before year 2002 ?

is this true and what will be the procedure in this case ?

I have a JOB offer from KSA - it's a temporary contract for 6 months as a consultant - Our company's Saudi Visa agent told me that they get the verification done themselves (foreign affairs / hec etc.) -
