My car lease was completed with bank a few months ago and I have got the NOC from the bank. How to transfer the car to myself?
I am in Lahore.
Which dept should i go to? Any help would be appreciated.

Put a transfer request and get bio metric from bank and remove HPA. Than you do yours and it will be done like this.
Do i need to visit Exise and Yaxation department for this?
Yes just see them and ask bank to process from his end.
