Professional mechanic for Cultus?

Hello friends, i have suzuki cultus 2003 model, and i am facing so many issues and now i want to fix it all... for example
clutch plates ...excels issues...tuning...and other things.... i cannot afford a new car so i want to put money on my old cultus can any one pls suggest good mechanic ? or guide me anything pls?

not sure any mechanic is better but u can take it to garden behind gul plaza there are lot of mehanics. not had good experience with him.
