The gear box area needs to be widened to accomodate the diesel gear. Normally ppl do it by hammering but we decided to cut it and than properly expand it as per the gear.
Did the spring over axle today. The degrees were kept stock to avoid any geomatrical issues.

Before and now. The available space inside the cabin was 47". So the prado seats needed a little alteration .

i would suggest to use 'Rustoleum" anti rust primer over all welding & surgical implant joints. coat all such points / spots generously before any other protective coat is applied.
