Of course Yes!! Inshallah, its gonna be running a TLC FZ-100 series manual gear box and part-time 4x4 transfer case! H151 is the gear code I believe.

@KW: Yes, ideally it should have either ABS or a Brembo brake package like the TLC Icon. I guess an ABS could be done at a later stage with some high performance discs. Nevertheless, the Toyota 4 wheel discs brakes which we are currently running are very good too.

@Basharatu: The thought HAS crossed my mind I saw something like that on a hot rod TV show with chrome silencers coming out of the sides.

In the process of design and execution of a full roll cage..... Most of the welds are temporary at this stage. A and C pillars are routed on to a plate on the body which bolts onto chassis mounts. The B pillar sits on the body (not really feasible to bolt it down to the frame without creating a mess). Front seats sit on the roll cage which cradles the custom fuel tank. Triangulation and support needs to be added to the basic shell.
Open to ideas and suggestions!

SuhaibKiani: I think you have the mounting points sorted out quite nicely. The key is of course going to be the triangulating and supporting gussets in crucial places, followed by the completed welding and painting/rustproofing.

I am sure that the end result is going to be great, once everything is padded to prevent bruised heads while offroading!

Asad Bhai.. I drove the vehicle for the first time.. The growl sure was nice.. The first climb I did was at 1000 RPM Max. .. Amazing amount of Torque.. Unfortunately the clutch slipped soon after and we could not try it more.. Its being fixed now. Me and Suhaib plan to make a detailed VDO on both V8s soon.

Running Monroe Air Max shocks front and back! The air pressure in the shocks can be varied from 20 to 150psi. These shocks are primarily meant for loading vehicles to adjust ride height for varying loads but they came with good recommendations from Kashmir Autos (Karachi) for use as a secondary rally shock.

The wider stance here is being achieved using 1.5 inch spacers and some 10 inch rims with a huge negative offset (or is it positive (A)) !

The front of the car is stock as far as suspension goes. We decided not to flip the leaf springs to keep the steering geometry stock (for now :)) No shocks on this pic...

The rear is a different story... after going back and forth we settles for the rear springs off of a 70 series/RKR/TLCII for better flex and travel. The wheel moved back some 1.5 inches or so. The original idea of a flipped spring was not deemed to fly too well as the shorter end of the stock spring was on the shackle side and was likely to be very very stiff....
