well one of my dreams came true.. it was my dream to build a ride especially the AE Rolla's.. Actually its my cousin's project but you can say its equally mine (H).. He bought this AE80 Lahore registered for .32 Million.

Our plan for the project is to some what restore it and give it a JDM souped up road kissing look.. (H) Need ur help and suggestions regarding the parts and modification.. it will be something like that..

Car is a bit rusted and it will be repaired. It is equipped with 4afe engine and we have decided not to change it. We are emphasizing more on the looks rather than performance. I will regularly update you guys with the project
Sorry we cudnt take the pics of the car in old shape. The project started a day before yesterday with all the things being stripped off. Body work has been started. Here we go with the pics.

Today the workshops were closed so no work was done on the car. Me and my coxn did some of the work at home. The door panels are not in good condition. They need to be repaired, cant buy the new kabli ones, they cost around 9k.

So we ripped off all the door handles and other stuff, they will be cleaned and removed the plastic covers. The cardboard on the back of the panels will be replaced. We decided not to cover them again with plastic coz they dont look good enough.

The front seats were given in exchange with the buckets. The back seats had 3 covers, removed the two and last one ws good, need a bit repairing and cleaning..

After removing the 2 seat covers..

@Noman i really need ur help with the parts like exhaust, strut bar if any, door panels, front bumper lip etc.. i saw all of ur project 86.. u did a really gr8 job.. like ur paint job .. Btw my car wil b so drop that the tyres wil be inside the mudguard.. wil it make ny problm if i install 15 inch rim??

exhaust - ill find u one

strut bar - just found one week ago for myself ! after searching all of the market there was no luck ! then i told a guy to find me one and after a long time he found one which was i think the last one ! but ill tell him to find another one

door panels - i bought mine for 7k ! were on 9k khu 7k ta me rawastal ! um daka rates de 9k 10k 9k

front bumper lip - if u need the 86 GT original lip then pray and wait for me to find one ! then we'll make two copies one for u one for me and ill keep the original one safe

if u want that much drop then u need stiffness ! which can only be done with coilovers ! because if u use lowering springs with that much drop then the tyres will touch the fenders if there is a slight bump in the road ! rim size is ur choice if u like ur suspension ull stick with 14s 15s ! but if u can give um rough driving for looks then go for 17s or 16s ! filhal da para 15 kha de ku biya coil overs lagay nu 16 17 e ka

i saw the same door panels in Shuba dt u hv.. and yes he was asking 9k for it.. so i decided i will repair the old ones. they wil cost me less..

If we didnt find a lip, we can copy one from the pics and make for ourselves..

and are u talking about Saqib (suspension and coilovers guy in Sadar), i did visit him, he said i wil find you a strut bar, i comes in 2 pieces.. he said a guy regulalry comes for it, i think he was talking abt u..

Well i bought the original lowering springs from Saqib. he told me even if 2 3 passengers sit at the back, tyres wont touch the fenders or inner body.. they are stiff and original. u wont hv any problem and yup i have decided to go to for 15" rim, 17" doesnt look good enough. Today im goin to chk the springs on the car..

yes saqib ! he didnt find for me in this long time ! lowerings become stiff after a point so 15s will work fine in ur ride with lowerings ! the rims ur talking about are rare ! i did saw a set in that design but they were 5 nut 15s

These are called SSR mesh and are very hard to find in staggered sets with this steep of negative offset, they'll look awesome on your Corolla

5 bolt rim and wide one at rear in fwd?
you should punk1 to get you a decent fwd rim set
