dude jis say engine liya tha is kay moo per maroo engine,when ever u purchase the engine apna sath compression tester guage zaroor rekho,i knw many of u dont got tht gadget but for swaping engines and all that stuff u need tht thing anyhow goodluck for it

sad to see this happen...a reason why people opt to build their motors themselves.

I would suggest that if the block is in good shape,bore out the sleeves 0.5mm over with new pistons (with your choice of compression),new rods (eagle),buy a good crank from shershah,new main/rod/thrust bearings.

hey starletgt could you tell me the name from whom you purchased the car, last time i remember two guys from nagan chorangi came and the car was sold to them.

The engine building pics step by step is with my friend who was the owner , can't imagine what happened to your engine

yes sure you can contact Mr. Zeeshan Yahiya and the engine was done successfully running on high octane, we made only 20km for running purpose and it was about to be running on low rpms for about 200 more kms. after that we had planned to tight the head studs again.

I am pretty shocked that the only work which was left within this car was the wiring issue , how it can be

did you do something with the tuneups or timings etc ?

and did you started it on high octane ?

when i would be back, i want to see the engine condition for the first time.

any ways ask awad he will help you with this.

about the engine works faheem who has a shop near preddy police station did the polishing and cnc machine works and he knows how to deal with such kind of setups as he has done before many times.

Knocking was due to very much high compression...
That is the point where the problem starts...

people do alot of hard work and homework to make a perfect charade but it just take few sec to destroy all, few hourz ago i was at main gulberg 2 were all the people come out there after midnight with their tuned cars. a blue charade 2 door with some D was crashed n i was standing few foots away from that place with my car. seems like he lose his control or he applied brakes which reacts a soo fast, i just heard a sound TAAAAK and car was slipped and front hits into footpath, screen broked, hub was slided, driver was safe, tank leaked, so this is the end of such thing, PLEASE DO NOT ALWAYS CONCENTRATE ON PERFORMANCE, DO TAKE TIME AND DO HOMEWORK TO STOP THAT THING TOO and always use GOOD/NEW STUFF WHEN IT COMES AT SAFETY.
