@sayedarsalanali i'd recommend you buy this Butyl Rubber seal and make sure that denter fill up all such slits. Before next layer of base paint. This you can also buy from CAR AC shops as local damaar tape / CORK TAPE. 1 roll is about Rs. 1100 for about 10 meters
just ask him to grind and finish the weld marks. filler wont do a good job
