Got the number plate straightened (as much as possible) and painted from water pump on 6th Sep and got it fixed today.

Got the side mirrors installed, now the car can be driven to Plaza (hopefully coming or next Saturday).

The next steps planned for the interior are:

1- Get the firewall insulated (installation of rubber seals on holes & fixing of Namda).
2- Get the dashboard installed.
3- Insulation (Namda , Jumbo lawn or self sticking heat insulation sheets) on floors and roof.
4- Installation of sound dampening sheets inside the doors.
5- Carpeting.
6- Door Cards.
7- Seat Poshish.

Yes it's a minor crack on the pad. Ekram bhai said that the original pad is in mint condition with small imperfections due to age and highly recommended to keep it original.

since it is over passenger side i recommend a stretched black tape, little children as front passenger get attracted to such cracks. Over such cracks they act like cat scratching pod.

Any engine bay pics? Suggest machine polish and wax coat by hand on this brilliant new paint job to preserve it against the Karachi pollution!

Apologies for the long delay in updates. Actually during the last 3 weeks was so busy that didn't even have time to start the car.

The last thing I did was to seal the openings of the firewall. Today, paid advance to the interior guy for bringing material of firewall insulation. Hopefully the insulation will be installed by tomorrow, followed by installation of Dashboard in this week.

Speedometer Cluster glass will be changed later after testing. As of now the speedometer, RPM meter, and fuel gauge are working. The oil gauge (on top right) is moving but don't know the science behind it.

you may need a pressure switch installed in place of present switch, for the oil gauge to work correctly. The standard ones drive only oil Lamp on / off. The pressure ones have spring loaded variable resistor to drive the needle in cluster.
