yesterday i searched the market and checked the suzuki piston it was available in two shapes one was flat top one with raised one with pockets also it was a bit raised if both were measured from the wrist pin.. was a good candidate but its wrist pin was 14mm wheareas standard chonda con rod small end has 13mm hole.. and needs 13 mm wrist pin ..
so i also found another piston that was of max100 and it was 200 number .. it had 13mm pin but it was very long piston . though top was abit raised like suzuki piston but it had long skirt .. and it was typical 2stroke type of piston .. whats the max100 bike btw? it was having 54 mm dia..
... for the time being i am happy with current config .. but when next time i get opportunity i will probably use next oversize piston of united 100 and use thiner gaskets custom made.. current gaskets are 1.2mm for cylinder base gasket and 1.8mm for the cylinder gasket .. custom gaskets can be made for both base and head .. with minimum thickness of .5mm for base (paper type) and 1.2mm for head gaskets in gawalmandi ..
hope this will up some compression and get a good bang from a stroke of piston also i may shave the head a bit to increase Compression Ratio but thats when i do next..
