i always have difficulty in understanding local lingo for some parts..
question ki sai samaj nai ayi..
it was just a pic .. and dowell pins and the rubber o rings were not inserted ...
and also it was used cylinder ..
if someone wants to use 110cc cylinder buy united 100 cylinder .. thats 107cc aka 110cc.. and costs 800-1k brand new..
also i used old gaskets as new of this size were no available ..so after 1 year and some 6k km its leaking .. i will someday install new gaskets as i got them..
and may be bore out the cylinder for sprinter 110cc piston as that piston has tthin rings wich will give good pick and speed.. but that depends on the condition of cylinder.

and also 125 spare carb is lying with me and another cd 100 carb.. i searched all 3 and 5s shops in committe chowk and circular road in pindi and peshawar mroe in islamabad and no one have this lota. they didnt even knew that its changed... only after teling them they checked a bike and then they goot some book and looked at numbers and said ya its changed and will order it.. some said ya kabi bhi market ma nai aya ga. kiona 5 sal pahla jo chez market ma honda lai thi us ka parts abi tak nai mill raha.. he was refereing to cd100 parts..*

its not the size of ports that matter mostly .. the real thing is the profile of the ports ..and it all boils to creating good turbulance in order to excellantly atomize the fuel for more comlete burn and therefoore smooth ride and pick.. and efficience and environment ..*
and i fear local ustads .. but will try it when i open it and find it suitable...

bhai honda nahi chonda .local 70cc par bolt on fit.cd70 has relatively smal con rod.it need more changes

Brother can u please tell me from where you bought this 4 wheeler cylinder of 107 capacity and the cylinder head and how much did it cost?
I read this thread yesterdays and was really impressed with what you have done with your dhoom 70cc. I have a road prince 70cc 2012 model. I am interested in trying something similar with my road price......can you help and any tips?

u will find a block greater than 97.1cc from no where in pindi . i searched whole day for a 110cc

I live in Lahore. And also if i make up my mind, i will try to find a brand new united 100 or road prince 110 cc block cylinder etc. But like asjdsm is saying kah 72cc main upgrade ka margin bohat kam hota ha or road prince 72cc ha, now i am confused.

i was talking of the MR 70 Alteration thread running here..that also has same discussion going ..

i wont recomend doing anything to 72cc bikes.. *as they have toched the limits... bore and stroke ratio is very important . too much skewed value of this ratio is not good.. with stock chonda the bore is already way to much compared to stroke .. *so if u increase the bore u wont gain much in my opinion... increasing stroke would mean a lot of changes . and may be still those changes wont be bolt on fit.. u would still need to do alteration inside engine for the bigger parts to fix..

have u seen the united 100 block ? i have heard from handfull of mechanics that its also 110.. so u should just get a ruler and measure its bore size .. if its above 50 (52.4mm exactly ) then its 110cc .. dont go on labling .. chinese under invoice or under label things to avoid being taxed...

i have bolt the head with my dirty hands . it was a real agony, "but done atlast without ustad".
understood 4 cycles inside.
played a little with exhaust valve timing to open&shut.
