Physically taking a look, the placement of jack seems like pushing it up to its limits. For example its easier to open/close the door by applying force near the outer edge rather than applying force near hinges.
(Sharing my observation, No offence, apologies in advance)

btw - this is good work, love it - but for future sake, find yourself a more HD lifting ram. This one does not look too promising.

Thanks for taking interest, after completion of this project we will work on Engine Tilter and*transmission jack, because these tools are also very necessry.

as you already have access to a welder, cutting wheel, drills and a bunch of box section pipes - make yourself a hydraulic press and utilize a 10 ton jack for it and a couple of springs to pull it back. All it takes is about 3 or 4 hours of work. It will make changing out bearings, bushings joints etc a breeze.

Again thanks for your kind and practical guide,yes we are thinking to get a small Lathe machine and adding some more tools such as Hydralic press as you mention, Gas welding equipment. We have arc welding equipment in our small Labs,and all welding and drilling job is done by ourself

I really appreciate your concern and the front is wishfully designed so broad to enter some specific width and its clearance is designed keeping in mind some special factors .
*rest it is tested to take engine out of a Jeep clearing its engine bay and the height is kept to be adjusted to increase the height as the main column is designed to cater diffrent heights requirements.

this will give you some idea of the height and it can further be increased by using the movable load bearing road .

I appreciate that you took pictures specially with the jack extended.. You're right, with the jack moved in the upper most slot on the main rod, the lift is up far enough to clear the engine bay!
