i need to see your shop and u need to see mine . i wana make a trolly for bikes or a bench type lift. ut the problem is that every bike i build is over 7 feet long.
american county choppers make even longer bikes. did you check their lifts?

The makers of Elfy in Pakistan (Nazir or Nippon - cant remember) used to sell cross lifts for cars - you can use that and have a custom cradle to mount the bike frame on it.
