hey people i have a 2004 lancer 1.6 glx manual with me ..This Project is unique because here people in pakistan havent done project on a 2005 lancer ..my (4g93t) frontcut have arrived n cleared from port now it is lieing in the store ..Am a 19 year uni student i have spend alot on the front cut ,now raising funds for swap n parts which include 4G92 MIVEC head and MD352555 ECU plus ACT Clutch And DURAPRO 4G92 HEAD BOLTS ..Please guide me from where i should swap the engine ..its awad khan (awalution group) good ?...

By All Motor you mean AWD / 4x4 ? As far i know and the model written on it, CJ4A was Front wheel driven only, CM5A was 4G93T with 4x4 / AWD

But nice choice, 4G92 1.6L MIVEC ~ 175ps @ 7500rpm

and if its 4G93T 1.8L , owesome!! 205ps @ 6000rpm

theres one black lancer with 4G92 mivec...he swapped his engine 1.3 4G13 to 4G92 a year back n his car run fine but he says theres some ecu/tuning prob....yes awalution group is good as awad is one of the best tuner in khi

Yes its a fwd i will be converting it to awd ..and its a 4g93t i will be changing its head with 4G92 MIVEC head and thankyou :)

bro its tahir ride,hes a engine seller in shershah..and he swaped a 4g93 gdi non turbo in his lancer with 6 speed tranny not 4g92 mivec..and he car have back lights,trunk, bumper of cedia he changed them ..thankyou for your help

lol - someone swapped a GDI into a car - high on bad coke I beleive.. Its as good as ack basswards. Anyway - mitubishi swaps are the easiest (for me), everything follows a similar pattern, For absolute best result, I would suggest that you dont just handover the entire package to someone for swap. Take out the old engine/trans/radiator etc, now remove the engine wiring by taking notes - match to your existing wiring.

Mechanically fit the engine to the car - it would be a 5 hour job at max. Make sure everything is in place where it should be. Now get to the wiring part. You just need to make sure you know the wires of the cut you have. (get a wiring diagram)

The only parts you need to take care of are

live
switched
ground
fuel pump
dash out (if applicable)
HVAC

The rest is prewired. Always be at least 25% involved in it so you dont face any loss in the future.

u shud keep it fwd and turbo...its better then going awd and naturally aspirated.

If you want a full AWD setup - Look for Salahuddin in Karachi - he converted a cheesy FWD colt into AWD with 4G63T himself.. no special ustadee..

zulfiqar bhai can you tell me which lph fuel bump should i use 255 walbro lph good or bosch ?

buy a genuine item - there are many sorts of crappy copies of these pumps available. The best and longest lasting is a Bosch pump. Be sure to replace the entire fuel pipes to broader feed and return pipes to ensure you always have very good fuel supply. Also install a fuel cooler in the return if you feel the fuel gets too hot.

i dont know about this tahir's ride...m talking bout black lancer with 4G92 mivec n myself seen tht engine not 4G93 gdi engine....btw tht guy name is Faisal Asif...i dont know any tahir's shershah guy

Mitsu are fun - When I was swapping GDIs with 6Axx engines - it was like clockwork and the cars really really came outstanding. Some people used to look at it flabberghasted like W T F man.......... Its a 2.5 V6 - silky smooth.
