Ok friends, this was another modification which i was planning for a long time. Discussed with few experts too. So this is what i did modify.
I have locked the diff by welding the small stars with the bigger one. This will result in the front differential fully locked all the time. This type of "jugaar" is not very popular in heavy vehs like cruisers or patrols or LR's may be but ppl abroad do it with suzukis who r light weight and their diffs can manage the jerk even after the welding. To use normal 4X4 (actually a 3X4), u will have to lock only one free wheel hub which will not slip and if badly stuck anywhere, u will lock the other hub also. I tested the veh today, even with a single hub locked, that specific tyre also gets locked and does not slip anymore so for me even a 3X4 with a locked diff works better than a normal 4X4.
