Ahmad bhai, instead of the thin one sooter board (gatta), i have used these half inch board for more strength. So to fix them, these screws are used.

Done a little upgrade. The rpm used to be 3000 @ 100km speen on m ways. Tyre size was 26". To increase the tyre size to 28" or 29" would mean around 8% power loss and reduction in rpm also. So i am changing the diffs also. The existing were 11.41 ie 3.7. Now replacing them with 11.45 ie 4.1. This set up has come in 96/97 model jimny coil spring. With these i am going to gain around 10% of power increase resulting in a much improved rpm.

Brother its a long list. But to explain, if the veh initially is a 100% condition (bumper to bumper spray less), than i had the following expenses so far.
a. Extension to lwb in finished form = 2,50,000 approx
b. Some items related to extension like interior/ a dual rear sofa seat, tyre/ rims etc etc = 80,000 approx
c. Some extra works to match the ratios as per the new veh weight and as per heavy load pulling capability (like i changed the 4x4 and both diffs) = 60,000 approx
Total = 3,90,000 approx
This is as per a top class work with all kabli parts.

So now the time has come for the 2nd stage. Its going to be a SOA (spring over axle) conversion. Will be gaining 5" height on axles, plus a 2" height in the shape of tyres. Will be fixing 31 10.50 r 15. The power loss because of the bigger tyres will be compensated by changing the ratios of the 4x4. Initially i had the "chain waala" coil spring version 4x4 with the ratio 1.32 : 1. And now fixing a 1.58 : 1 ratio. Work started today.
