Update:

Servo has been fitted and paddle assembly is near to its completion.

Bought wiring and asked electrician to start his work. Will update about it when it takes some understandable form.

BTW you seem to be keeping the Jeep LHD. So how are you planing to manage the steering column and Starter issue. as normally the starters on Toyota diesel engines happen to be on the left side and they obstruct the steering column?

Yes ur absolutely right about the starter and steering column issue. It also messed up in begging but when the engine was centred a distance of aprroximately 3-4 inches was achieved (and that was surely a great releif ). Hope it wont give problem during offroading.Will get the pics tommorow as today is off for mechanics.

Kindly make sure that the engines is allined preperly.
It shud not have no tillt.
The mechanic will say that it doesnt matter, but trust me it does.

Will surely check that. I asked him that if its properly aligned and he said yes. Also it seemed properly aligned. Now that u have given me a word of caution i will definitely go check by leveling device (one with water in it don't know the actual name ) my self. Thanks for the reply.

The latest Update

1-Engine is start and roaring with all fittings
2-Wiring 75% complete
3-Seats are done
4-Suspension completely built with all the bearings, seals, bushes replaced
5-Gear completely overhauled and serviced.

Outstanding works for the time being are

1-remaining wiring works
2- Silencer fitting
3- Body servicing

and then the jeep is going to be OFFROAD.

Yes sir i visited 23rd nov event. Didn't tried the official tracks but went for the track opposite to them where landrover club members were having fun.

We kept the original 3 speed transmission. This coupling proved to be very awesome for offroading.

Your are right about the event sir it was having yellow mark on the fender. We didn't tried the official tracks but went for the track opposite to them where landrover club members were having fun. It did the track quite easily. Also we did muddy tracks at another location and its offroad performance was awesome. We tried it on several other location and it is proving to be a mean machine.

About the interior pics i'll post them today but interior matting is yet to be done.
