Xulfiqar, how to contact them? I tried once but just got some lame info about the local Shahnawaz guys who are completely unaware of such stuff. My nana's has covered around 500,000km but the meter stopped working at 380,000 something and not been fixed as yet which is something just as well I guess.

It has to go through Shahnawaz Ltd after they verify it - they are the Pakistan dealer, call them up and tell them about it, its not a country thing, its worldwide and comes from Mercedes Benz Sindelfingen DE. You will also get keychains, caps etc.
