find a level headed dashboard restorer - then get it reskinned, Its a chore but the only way to restore it. Does this car have any wood trim in the interior? Please remember that not everyone with some basic tools, sewing machine and a shop is a restorer. There was only one in Karachi but that also closed (passed away) cant say about anyone now.
Before the paint work - remove the engine, trans rear suframe and repair any leaks or worn rubber parts. - When you paint, get original dark smoke colored paint for the insides of the boot and the bonnet (engine room is body color but not underside of bonnet). Make sure the fenders are glued to the body again, like they are meant to. Its done to repel water getting trapped in the upper edges and rusting out.
