havent seen al stuff but two things which must not get painted are engine and the Disc calipers.. I saw disc calipers are colored so its to late to comment 
I hope engine is not colored becuase it will give hard time if got it completly colored, if you want to make it look better best is to only get the side covers(tappa) colored only.
you would be thinking why disc calipers not to be colored is becuase those have plastic seals in it and if heated hard to make paint hard they will leak when put to work and most of the time its not easy to find seals or new seals dont work at all and one end up buying a complete new break set.
anothre thing is try to use orignal feul cork if you have it .. dont put handle bars for sporty look thing it will lose bikes handling almost completly. current handle seems OK
