Lets pray all goes well....These days i am not having enough time to spend on it as days are getting shorter so tough for me to supervise the work.

Orignals are better but even Orignal Clips-Ons are not that comfortable if compare to handle ... beleive me.

If u get the original clip on handle.den it wont change ur riding posture much.but it will give agressive look to ur bike.

Its a bad idea yar... engines are not painted, brushed and buffed steel looks way better try it in ur new project. best of the best paint will change its color when cylender goes to high temps in long tours.. and after that bike will start looking awful... if the useage is only with in city with few miles showoff! then thats Ok but any GS follower will instantly identify a painted engine and say oh man what have you done.

I have seen plenty of gs500 wid complete engine paint. And majority of dem are running widout any problem

wht abt chrome on engine?..

Chrome is good option but not the one which is done on exhaust.. becuase that chrome rips off on aluminium engine by even nail scratches.

it will need a cadium, copper, hard chrome and then nickel layer to stay and that costs to much ...

see orignal chrome(multilayered) on CB250 I have : (qouting from my old project)

Removed the rear mud guard to get it sprayed as well because it was not looking neat & tiddy and was ruining the whole look of bike. Though it will remain under seat but why not to refresh it.

RS 160/ Indicator. there are lot of different qualities in market. These were the best ones available.

btw, my gs500 is also in it's final stages now. the engine is mounted on the frame, head will be installed today (hopefully) and then the electrical wiring and final assembly will be left. will try to post some pics soon

pretty soon, InShaAllah.
the actual work remaining is of around 2 days, but currently it's paused because the mechanic who has to install the head is not feeling well.
