and hey, the FIRST thing u shud is to get the transmission oil changed.get HONDA original transmission oil ONLY... this thing is as important for a vario as oxygen for human beings
if it was a manual city, any other lower cost tranny oil would be fine too, but vario works fine only on the original CVT oil which will cost u around 2000rs.
(If i were u, i wud ve done this first thing in the morning)

I was thinking to make a customized Vario sticker as it also contains an "O" in it. But then, that thing belongs to nonProsmatec and I would like her to keep the copyrights.

your city is in very gud condition bro as compared to cars from sargodha! i have seen lots of cars worse than any rusted mehran! you cant imagine how people treat their cars!

Even this car was out of my imagination. This was in worse condition than the car that is with my younger brother. Woh bhi gaari bas chalata hai aur kuch nahi... :mad:

Frankly, I don't like this shape too. The face-lift is way better than this one. I have a few plans with its outer appearance. Lets see when I'll move on to the exterior.

a suggestion for the front lights...
they seem to be intact BUT dull.
getting new ones would be very pricey ... i suggest u take it to some expert/well reputed bumpers wala.ask him to take em off, split the front cover/lens apart from the housing and buff it from inside and outside too.ur lights will be as good as new.this whole process should cost u no more then 1000rs.

That is exactly what the mechanic said. He said I'll change the gear oil in any way and will put only Honda's gear oil. These auto transmission cars do not survive with other oils. And don't worry, if not first, but this would be done by tomorrow.

i would say go for it! i want to get it done myself but i dont wanna get the lights opened! urs r gonna be opened anyways. get the matt black paint done on all the panels which are not meant to reflect the light and put an orange color bulb in the parking light housing.it will look good on black background.

A nice project.. but 1 suggestion, Its better NOT to use CNG in a car with CVT, the transmission will be ruined in 50k to 70k KMs.

Hmmm... You are right. But I don't drive on CNG frequently. The only car in the house that is mostly driven on CNG is Alto

Okay so today the front and rear suspension was examined. Unfortunately, each and every part of the front suspension is damaged except for the "Gaadri". Secondly, the tappets were adjusted today and CNG kit was removed for service. Good news is that the kit is almost new therefore the car is mostly driven on petrol. I have suggested the mechanic to go for a complete replacement of the suspension. Parts would be purchased tomorrow inshAllah and would be fitted. I am expecting the car back on its wheels by tomorrow inshAllah...

Following posts would contain pictures of today's work. Some of them are taken by my mechanic. Yes he is also providing service for my thread.
