Opened CNG kit and removed the cylinder for cleaning.

Something from the engine.

Disc plates. Look at the thickness. :o Will be replaced.

Wheel hub assembly. The bearings are creating noise. The complete assembly would be changed.

The front end main seal or another seal higher up has a leak. This should be checked.

The brake caliper is hanging by the brake and should be supported to prevent damage to the line.

The steering arm should be supported to prevent damage to the boot and the inner joint. Another brake line stretched too.

Edit: The prices would be updated at the end of this project. There is a difference in the prices that I have mentioned.

Following is the rough estimate that I got from "kaabli parts" dealer. I would go for "kaabli" parts as buying new stuff for this car would cost me half of the price for which I have bought it. The parts that I'd get would be 100% checked and guaranteed.

Front pair of complete Shocks (Foundation, boots, shocks and springs)
PKR 5000/-

Front complete hub assembly (hub, disc plates, bearings)
PKR 9000/-

Pair of "chimtay"
PKR 3500/-

Ends
PKR 1000/-

Rack Ends
PKR 2000/-

Rear Shocks (wouldn't be replaced as they are fine. I am quoting for your reference only)
PKR 3000/-

Windscreen (inclusive of fare and silicon etc)
PKR 5800/-

Pair of brake lights
PKR 3800/-

Pair of headlights (would be getting the original lights cleaned followed by getting them smoked)
PKR 6300/-

NOTE: These are the rates that my mechanic got on one phone call. The prices might vary when he'd be visiting the market personally.

im loving this thread! looking at all those parts opened and being worked on, the car getting a new life and thanking the owner for setting it free of all the abuse it was subjected to by the last owner! the car (and I) want to say you... "Thankyou"

Care to share the name & place of kabli parts dealer ?

A suggestion ..... do check which part of suspension you could repair from good suspension guy ! kabli are good if your original part is unable to repair ..... there is very thin line between "Kabli" & "Civil" parts in our market
Most of kabli parts are actually civil parts being repaired and labeled as KabLi .....

Do make car 100 % on petrol first and then Cng it ! dont rush into install kit if there is a single glitch in working on petrol , from starting to proper gear shifting ......
