After looking at the condition of the removed parts the first thought that came in my mind was "Yaar pata nahi is banday ne kabhi is bechari ko service bhi karwaya tha ya nahi?"

Sorry I couldn't update the thread last night as I was very busy with too many things yesterday. Went to see the car at night and took a couple of pictures only. Rest was taken by my mechanic. Anyways, today I will update the thread further.

But first, replies to your queries and suggestions.

The front end main seal or another seal higher up has a leak. This should be checked.

The brake caliper is hanging by the brake and should be supported to prevent damage to the line.

The steering arm should be supported to prevent damage to the boot and the inner joint. Another brake line stretched too.

I pointed out all the things that you have mentioned to the mechanic. As usual he told me not to worry. The thing is, when we try to tell something to the mechanic, they kind of mind it. :S So I normally leave the work on them and money in my pocket until and unless everything is completely fine. Whether they have to do it ten times in the same amount. But thanks for highlighting the issues. At least I'd keep them in mind while inspecting the final result.

CNG kit is of Landi Renzo with 60 Kg cylinder which has been installed recently.

It was a good deal. Actually I was not the one to make the deal. I only gave my opinion about the car. The first time I saw it I said, "Wow! It is a project..."

Care to share the name & place of kabli parts dealer ?

A suggestion ..... do check which part of suspension you could repair from good suspension guy ! kabli are good if your original part is unable to repair ..... there is very thin line between "Kabli" & "Civil" parts in our market
Most of kabli parts are actually civil parts being repaired and labeled as KabLi .....

Do make car 100 % on petrol first and then Cng it ! dont rush into install kit if there is a single glitch in working on petrol , from starting to proper gear shifting ......

I do not know the Kaabli part dealer one on one. The coordination is being done by my mechanic. However I can give you the details of my mechanic who is working on this car.

The parts that I'd be getting this time and have bought in the previous years were guaranteed. Alhamdolillah most of them didn't make any trouble and a couple of times when some did, they were replaced instantly.

The car has been tuned on Petrol and CNG has not been fitted in it. That would be the last thing that would be done on it.

Bas yaara... Panga lenay ki aadat hai... Khair, yeh samajh lo k eak poorani Cultus itnay ki baechi thi jitnay mai yeh gaari li aur iss ko tip top condition mai bhi kar ln.

The workshop is in I&T Center G-10. Jo aap k khayalaat thay wohi meray bhi thay.

Gaari apnay pairoun pe khari ho gaye Alhamdolillah. The car was also driven and checked by the mechanic. Windscreen has been changed and the drive is fine. Other issues are being detected and checked. A couple of things have been identified by the mechanic which would be taken care of soon.

Denting work has begun. It'll take a few days to complete denting. There aren't any big ones but many tiny dents all over its body. I have instructed the painter to prepare the piece for paint which has been cleared by the denter to save time. Went there in the afternoon for sometime and took only a few pictures. Now I'll visit the car tomorrow to see the progress.
