Correction.
Civic has a Hydraulic Power syste (HPS)
EPS stands for Electronic Power Steering and it does not required any Power steerinc fluid.

now back to control arms, their bolts are supposed to be tightened when everything else is assembled, and you put a jack underneath the hub to lift the weight of the car onto the jack, then tighten them fully. This way they remain in resting position when driving and they flex only when the wheels move up or down.

And regarding the "chimtay"/control arms procedure. He must have followed the procedure mentioned by you as once I got the control arms of my ex-Civic changed and he did it while the car was jacked. I'll get it confirmed however and will update.

Someone suggested me to get it painted in open air at around 5 a.m. as the paint booths here do not serve the purpose due to their poor quality. Well lets see how the G-11 one turns out to be. Will decide about it later on.

the jack needs to be under the hub - the hub will move upwards compressing the spring until it lifts the entire car - thats when you tighten it, No workshop in Pakistan follows this procedure, its an additional step.

are you using new CVJs? - if yes - get some genuine CVJ grease, ask storm if he stocks petromin greases. do not fill with thick wheel bearing grease as it will kill the joint in short time.

The correct CVJ grease is nasty runny black and if you stain your clothes with it the only way to clean them is with matches, petrol and a drum. For pressing in bushings use Ajax liquid - it will not hurt the rubber, and for anti-roll bar (balance rod) lubing - use silicone grease.

CVJs have not been replaced. He didn't mention it to me neither did I see them in the list.

getting a cv replaced tomorrow, any brand of cv grease available locally?

I used to buy a smallish bucket of Cofran CVJ grease. You can ask the CVJ vendor about who sells the original tube packaged CVJ grease. But most would be a local blend of potatoes, ghee, garbage etc.

Ask a lube/grease speciality shop. The cofran stuff I used to buy was about Rs 2900/- but was about 2500 grms - each joint takes 90 to 100 grams. So before my shop - I used to split the cost between freinds, that way we had superb running CVJs all around.

available at liquimoly brand outlet in i-8 markaz, it comes in bulk packing, and the price you get is 1100 for 1kg, you can get it in what ever quantity you like
