The projector is Morimoto mini with H1 4300k HID's

Yes even looks like bi-x . otherwise its no fun only having low beam

but using h1 hids will only give single beam..... so how will it be used as both low/high applications?

Yes; its Bi-Xenon (Refer pic-8; the wires are for the coil which moves the trim in front of bulb for Hi & Lo beam )
