Assalamalaikum brothers,I am thinking of upgrading to vitz.I have a Cultus 05 model right now but i am pretty amazed with the drive of Vitz and its features.My car would sale of in 6ish and i am willing to add another 50 to 70k.Now what model,registration would iget with this money and tell me is it preferable to go to dealers or only sunday akhbaar.P.s,since i am a car lover i would look at cars preferably with low mileage,genuine paint and good condition.Hope i will make the right descision,please shed some experiences or ur comments.Thanks

appreciate your reply but could u please elaborate,what about CNG and what would be the condition mileage and all....btw do u own a Vitz?any mechanical issues

if u add another 50-60k u can get a really clean 04 model..... i would prefer u not to opt for the new shape as it has a 3 cylinder engine whereas the 04 model has got a 4 cylinder engine n has a better performance....

^ also the 04 model can be driven on petrol whereas cng cant be installed in the new shape....

i said that if you add 40,000 pakistani ruppees... u can easily get a 2004 model TOYOTA VITZ in a really good condition...... i would not suggest u to opt(purchase) the new model because it has a 3 cylinder engine wheeas the old shape has a 4 cilender engine... which means better performance.... for ur information i would like to include that the new shape vitz cant be driven on CNG !!!!! if u still didnt get it... then im really sorry

@muzammil73 bro i got the point but honestly budget is a Big Big constraint for me,i am hardly being able to complete 700k but i appreciated what you told me btw my budget would fit what model?Btw i know my chacha his Vitz is 2002,registerd 2006,he is using it on CNG so it came to me..and i saw ur ride really well well kept bro,I actually judge people with the CONDITION of their car,hope you got the point:P

yeah bro i am also not in the favour of CNG but what is the difference between the average,my daily runnung is like 40,45kms how much difference would i get,a friend told me its gonna cost u 250~300 daily so i took into account that i might be needing CNG:$

I used VITZ 2006 for three years. It was a fresh import in late 2008 and i got it and registered in 2009 Jan.
In those 3 years, i didn't spent any penny on it in term of expenses. Just normal wear and tear which just included timly oil change, air filter, oil filter and thats it.
One day, it was parked in the street and some one ripped off the side mirrors. hecked out with shops n toyota dealers - they were asking 35k for the pair. I finally got a pair from Bilal Gunj for Rs. 10,000 that was in a bit ugly condition.

I had it on petrol for all time - never added CNG as it is not good for VITZ 05 Upwards.

buy it if you are using it urself...not recommended to given out to drivers. its a 1000cc very sophisticated vehicle and need care.

Spare parts are very expensive but the parts are very duarable in term of their life usage.

trying getting manual vitz if you want cng OR try getting Yaris. Yaris has more features than Vitz and majority are manual.

yes it only only to be driven by me,by the way how much does the value differ if I drive it on Petrol rather than CNG,but im gonna buy a 2nd hand 02 model 05,06 registered Whatsay?

bro its a good car but as THEKONSULTANT said parts are realy very expensive and its very difficult for our local kinda mechanics to maintain if you have 700k in you pocket you can find a very good civic of same model like 99-00, and you will then forget the ride of vitz and regarding parts are realy cheap, and you can find each and everything in shershah hell lots of parts there and easily run on cng,

vitz is a gr8 car to drive.......after driving vitz u will say any local hatchback a crap...no offence to local hatch owner.......

I HAVE A 03 VITZ FOR LAST 6 YEARS... great car both on cng and petrol..... awesome car to have i recomend it to everyone who wants to know about it

i am hammad from japan i am also exporting all cars to pakistan from here i got brand new car gLI 2009 model 2years back in pakistan but really after six month i was shocked to see the condition of car **** the pakistan assemble cars i always advise to you all of my brothers to buy japanese cars
