Cultus and Picanto both are better than this Saga. Opar se Al-Haj is the local partner of Proton and we all know how pathetic this group is.

And don’t forget Malaysian automobiles are behind even from Chinese.

Yes Saga is a sedan but having a diggi doesn’t mean that its a better car/product.

Still im happy to see competition in this category.

Suzuki and KIA both are established global brands and Proton is nowhere near to them, matlub if someone giving his hard earned money to these established brands toh uski soch ko salam

I guess we forget that many people have limitation with respect to CC (semi govt, govt & multiple organizations) also people living in rush areas, new drivers people with multiple vehicles and parking challenges and so on so forth. Vehicle is bought with respect to utility trunk is not the only factor yes it can be for those who have small family specially with children.

I have not yet seen Saga on the roads of Islamabad, but looking at the photographs it reminds me of Kia Classic and Daihatsu Charade sedan... is that correct?

So comparing Saga with Civic rebirth, which one would be a good option for keeping long term like 5+ years?

Ideally it would be saga because civic rebirth is already 7 8 years old right now and saga would be a brand new car. But we do not have much idea about Saga's after sales support. If you do not want to take that risk, rebirth would be a better option

Saw the car today as a new showroom has been opened at bedian road next to KIA. To be honest the car does not feel small as the popular impression was made earlier, at least to me it didnt. Yes its not as big as Corolla but than again people complained about Corolla XLI/GLI to be unpowered as well.
Will visit on Monday to have a closer look. There were two standing there white and silver both parked in opposite direction.

Civic anyday. One thing that is guaranteed for a japanese engine is unmatched reliability so its a major win even for a used car.
Civic looks, drive size, everything is just miles better. Rhe only reason one can prefer saga over used civic is if he js buying on lease

Saga does have a strong build seeing this post,
I owned the same gen passo i can confirm that it is a pretty solid car.
Once my dad had an accident with a cultus, the cultus crashed pretty bad, to the point that it's windscreen also broke and passo had minor damage.
Seeing this surprised me a lot.

The front of most euro spec cars is designed to fade away in case of a front crash. The front end is designed to protect even a pedestrian that's y most cars hitting from front will have more damage than the car which is hit from behind. Especially if the car being hit on back is a sedan
