You are right.....a close friend of mine has booked his car since the launch of Proton X70 in Dec, since then he has not got the X70 premium. He even paid the remaining balance last month and still the dealership of Proton South Karachi has no clue of when will it arrive, now my friend has lost the interest in the Proton X70 due to bad customer service of Proton Pakistan, as their regional manager giving lame excuses every weeks. If this is going to continue like this they will lose their customers and move on to other brand like MG, KIA or Hyundai. Very poor customer services from Al-Haj.
