I have a region 1 Ps4 (complete box etc, except for control) for sale, it's got a load of the latest games already bought from psn (worth about $500) but it's banned from online gaming due to end user agreement violation, as stated by Sony when inquired. Other than that all the installed games + bluray games work fine and no issues at all.
