I have a ptcl landline connection and as you all know, PTCL only shows total amount in their bills and, unlike before, no details (except for international or mobile calls).
My question is simple: I wish to know the local calls (within the city) that were made/received on a particular day...Is there any way I can find that out? Even the online (duplicate) bill does not show details.
Someone said that if I go to the PTCL exchange or service center, they might be able to give me...Is that true? Any easier way of finding that out on the net as their service center is far and also means I have to take leave from office just for this?
