Hi i also face a problem like this. and was wondering on google to verify this issue. there are 2 methods to verify you internet speed for PTCL or any internet connection.
login to your broadband admin panel > Device info > statistics > ADSL there you can see your upstream or downstream.
This method was hard to do for non-technical persons. and I choose 2nd method that is test you PTCL speed using tools. I tried many tools but PTCL Speed Test is the best inter speed test tool which provide the fast and accurate speed vales.
