Asslam o Alaekum!
Sharing my experience of availing temporary biometric relaxation opportunity, for concerns;
1- Hardship cases transfer only offers exemption of Biometric of actual owner,
2- You will still need open transfer letter with purchaser name mention on it. If not, will still work.
3-A affidavit on Rs. 100 E-stamp will be required، context of which will justify the reason behind action.
4- Format for affidavit is attached for reference.
5- Don't forget to bring the witnesses with you will submitting the case in excise office. There original CNICs are mandatory to present.
6- Purchaser must complete following steps before going to Excise office
a- Purchaser's Biometric verification
b- Tansfer fees payment receipt. It can be made at Nadra Epay centers
c- E stamp of worth Rs. 100 with attached template print on that and two witnesses
7- Biometric exemption is valid till 21/01/2023.
