My Pajero met an accident a day before Eid while going from Peshawar to DIKHAN near Khoaza Khel on Indus Highway. A car coming from front over took other car and to save that car my father moved the Pajero to side of the road but it got unbalanced and fell in the ditch. Every one on the board is safe. Seat Belts saved the front passengers. Car was standing at Hotel Madina [ For People travelling at this route would surely know about it ] . Brought it back after eid to Peshawar.
Had three options for the car
1) Do A Body Change
2) Repair The car and accept it as a
3) Sell the car
Reason to Drop The Options
1 - Body Change :-
Body Change was costing us around 4 Lakh and the maximum model we could go was till 95. It was not worth it , So dropped the idea. Went to Landi Kotal to check the prices.
2 - Car Repair
Estimate was around 50-60k but family was reluctant to accept the car back. Plus , we though we need to dispose it off today or tomorrow. So better today. Car value wont appreciate after the repair too so dropped its plan
3 - Sell the car off
Today or tomorrow - that was question. Got an offer of 560k today and sold it as it is.Got token money of 10k. Hopeful to get the whole amount tomorrow.
Between It was a 93 Pajero. Driven Around 3.2 Lakh KM and Engine once swipped. 2400 CC. Car was in excellent condition.
