what devils_smile said but in addition Double Bio will be cheaper than registering directly on your name , but you run the risk of registering it on the invoice owners name ,what if the other party demands more money to transfer in your name later , situation can change at any moment.
So you have to decide if you want to take that extra risk or pay more and register it directly in your name
