better if we properly sort out the list acc. 2 area wise or townwise bcoz many members are writing that some body in nearby areas pick me or i pick others etc. etc. so beeter finalize list here so that we should know in advance & it is fun & better to make fix some spots wher relatedf area members gather & then move to venue in a group
also if we know in advance how many members are coming with guests, it willl be easier to manage or better if 309 or yawar u took responsibility of collecting cash in advance & make list finalize before 1 day that how many people r coming & who is not, & issue then receipt that how mamny person he pays . in advance will save headache
