Can you suggest workout/diet plan to loose excessive body fat?

yes i can,but i can't write that much seriously man that would one heck of a story i could go on for pages .............eat natural stuff not the processed ones.....wake up in the morning have cup of black coffee(no sugar no milk-and nothing else) walk at the speed at which your heart rate is 130 beats per min for as long as you can endure easily .........work out in the gym that helps as well go.......i could go on man but in the end i would miss stuff and wont be able to convey properly......the reason personal trainers exist,however if you want an answer about specific food/exercise i would help

do you have nay shorteness of breath or repiratory issue??how deep you feel the pain is??aggravting,releiving,radiating factors of pain??does is it occur when you move and does it go on its own ?/

Sir mere sath yeh problum hai k last 2month se mujhe **** me bauhat kharish hoti hai ziyada time raat ko hi hoti hai aur chote chote **** pe pani waley daney bhi nklte rehte hain about 8doctors se medicine le chuka hon still kuch farq nahi hua hai pkz iska koi hal bata dain urgent.

just make sure she is eating a balanced diet with all minerals and vitamins,she will gain height as soon as she hits teen years INSHAALLAH

i am as unemployed as it gets,thinking to find an alternative way for making a living...........i won't be able to earn a decent amount working as a doctor anyway

Whoa- Is it really that hard to get a job as a Doctor in Islamabad?
Ask a few members over here, they might know of any vacancies! Why don't you get your own clinic?

I need help brothers. I may or actually i will sound stupid....i sometimes feel that my mind is not working with the pace nd speed it should actually. Sometimes my mind ia heavy nd im not able to get the things understand. So i need guidance regarding this. What should i do to keep my mind working fast nd to make it sharp. One more thing..i cant memorise things for long as well

stress might be one of the reasons,I am afraid there is no advice that can be given to you over internet without complete assessment in this matter,just make sure you sleep 8 hours a day and maintain proper hydration along with exercise....mere simple modifications towards healthy lifestyle can do wonders

its not about getting a job,its the darn medical license that I lack and is mandatory to work in the state of Pakistan,but respected PAKISTAN MEDICAL AND DENTAL COUNCIL is making sure I along with thousand other foreign graduates(average pakistanis out of us ) stay license-less............corruption is the mother of many out here and left overs from rotten meat aren't simply enough for rest of common pakistanis

I've been wearing glasses for like the last 10-15yrs or so. Lately, well from the last 6-months or so I've been having problems seeing the text on whiteboard in class when in the 2nd/3rd last row.

My old prescription was:
-3.25 SPH in both with CYL and AXIS Nil/-

Today went to see doc, and here's the eye prescription he gave. He also mentioned something about cylindrical error in one of my eyes (right one I think) but stated nothing about the treatment of it, can someone please explain?

i may sound odd but tell you what man level of health care in Pakistan is not to the extent that someone would give attention to the aforementioned problem,you need to filter out your actual problem first and then someone may help you out as your complaint is way too vague in nature for a physician a psychiatrist/clinical psychologist on the other hand may help you out

glasses are to compensate for your vision imperfection,you may opt to discuss ""LASIK-LASER ASSISTED IN SITU KERATOMILEUSIS"" or "RADIAL KERATOTOMY" with your optholmologist if you want to get rid of glasses as these procedeures are used to correct the vision abnormality in the eye itself
