What could be the reason of pain on the upper right side of the head ?
I am 20 years old ... and feeling this pain from 2 days ,However ... the pain is not that sharp nor throbbing , Its slightly sharp but it occurred around 8-10 times in a day and last for 5-10 seconds max !

Last day it was in the upper back right side only ,and today i have felt it somewhere above right eye ,on left upper head as well ... Sometimes near neck as well !

Is it some what related to migraine ? Or just a normal wear and tear ! I do have weak eyesight ,5.5 right and 2.5 left !

Also 2 weeks before I had been there in hospital for severe chest and throat infection ,1000mg injections were injected in my veins for 2 times in a day with one time nebulization and drips too ! Process follows for 5 days ! ..... Afterwards got bloody sputum so took various capsules as well with chest X-ray ...

Could it be the reaction of this ? As I got pain in my feet for 2 days ... Wrist for one day ,Right hand for 3 days and now it's headache !

Kindly elaborate why you want to undergo the procedure ?? What is the power of glasses you ate wearing. ??

Right eye -5.50
I usually wear contact lenses, only glasses when I get an eye infection or my eyes just want a break

I am a eye doctor. My father and father in law both are eye surgeons nd very much credible in their fields. And I wear glasses -5.50 both sides. I didnt opt for laser surgery for glasses because it needs to be very cautiously managed after the surgery. Dust and infection free environment is needed plus there is a very slight chance that the patient may need another operation for residual refrective error.

I am personally in favour of wearing glasses instead of contact lenses or laser surgery. But if you are so interested in getting it done then go ahead for a few investigations especially orb scan. Do share your results here or in pm. And then we might be able to predict the outcome.

For the contact lens wearers. Kindly dont use lenses for extended time especially in dusty environment. Do wash and take care of lenses carefully. Plus take a break from cantact lensses often

Its good strategy to use glasses regularly. And use contacts occasionally during celebrations or feasts

sir,i am 17 and wanted to start going to the gym,or start lifting weight in short i wanted to build up some muscles,somewhere i read that its not gud to bodybuild during puberty as it stops the gain of height.......so would my height stop if i start to bodybuild or what? Secondly,after lifting something heavy,my arms start to pack/squeeze as if my veins are being pulled.....any suggestion?

i may sound odd but tell you what man level of health care in Pakistan is not to the extent that someone would give attention to the aforementioned problem,you need to filter out your actual problem first and then someone may help you out as your complaint is way too vague in nature for a physician a psychiatrist/clinical psychologist on the other hand may help you out

unless you start to do it like you are going to be arnold as soon as you step out of the gym bodybuilding is not going to cause you any damage,go slow but steady search the internet better get a trainer,and those arm squeezing is a sign that you are over stressing your muscles something that happens quite commonly with every gym goer and is not something a newbie should be doing, pro's on the other hand work muscles to the limits but then again they have appropriate plans and they literally start to pee protein since their intake is much larger then their kidneys can filter out

Bodybuilding doesnot reduce bone development overall if no supplements are used excessively. Its a good strategy to start workout now. But no hormones or supplements. Only natural food

Exactly! I am having the same problem.... My vision some times turns black and I start losing my balance.

joining gym can reduce my belly fat?

I've had this problem for over a month now;
When ever I brush my teeth in the morning, I start gagging and sometimes I vomit as well.

I could tolerate foul smells before, now it's just too hard, sometimes I have to take longer routes in Markets, just because I can smell raw meat or fish. I cannot drink pure milk, I start gagging as well. I always mix something in milk, then have it i.e Nesquik, Yogurt or some fruit.

Can i give Cows milk to my 7 month old boy? is it better than formula milk? my boy is completely on formula milk , so now want to give him cows milk which is natural , rich and full or vitamins, protein etc... so suggest me which milk is good cow or goat milk? cows milk is easily available rather than goat milk.

Keep him on formula milk till 2 years. Preferrably mothers milk is the best one but if its not given then use formulla milk and that too for the right age, any other milk e.g cow's or buffaloe's milk is harmful before 2 years.
