Can somebody suggest a good doctor for the treatment of piles in Lahore.

Please inform about the age of the patient... condition (protuding vs bleeding), duration of illness and lifestyle habits????

Bro, take her to Dr. Hafeez Khan (04237484892), sits in Shadman opposite Fatima Memorial Hospital....

He is best General Physian i ever cam across, he is treating My Grand Mother age 86 now and few other old members of my family.... He himself is too smart and must be around 70 years +..... He overall looks very rude and angry on Patients but soft from inside and take special care of his each and every patient....

His Fees is Rs. 2,000 per visit.... if you say i can arrange appointment, as my office is in Shadman.... his timings are 6:30 Pm to 8:30 PM

Well its a good thread. One of my friends had pain in his left hand mid fingure bone then it became swellon and pus formed in his hand. He released the pus by making a small cut in hand several times but the pus is releasing continuously. He is not suffering from any disrease and healthy but fasing this hectic situation. What could be the reason? His all tests are normal but pus is releasing from hands in kgs.

o mere bhai... what u have vaguely described is criminal negligence.. please take him to a good surgeon or at least a good physician. do not delay it... i wont like to scare you here but trust me what you are seeing from outside can be a tip of the iceberg.. plz advice ur friend to see a gud doc

Dr Mehmood Ayaz... former professor at mayo and currently in Services or LGH.... sits in National medical centre, DHA
or
Dr gardezi... Sits at HLH and Ammar medical complex...
both are a little on the expensive side... but worth the money.. what i wud suggest is to take a consultation... and if operation is advised/required then let me know and i can ask my colleagues for a first hand experience with a goood "insan ka bacha" and less expensive surgeon..

Most probable reason for feet edema is uncontrolled hypertension, congestive cardiac failure or tenal issues.
Why dont you get her bp checked from some authentic source and get her few blood tests done like cbc, esr, rfts, spot microalbuminuria urine and urine c/e.
This way we can better tell u whether she needs to go to cardiologist or nephrologist or simply internist.

He went to the doctor and got operated several times. Also using medicine but the pronlem persists. His all tests are clear but only a part of his hand became an obstacle of life.

Ears discharge is drainage of pus, or fluid from the ear , like water and yellow thick water like (raisha) coming out from both ears. it irritates me too much and if insert small cotton into ears it will b wet with in minutes,. so any ear drops or medicine which will help me ?

My normal heart beat is around 55 bpm to max of 60 ...
Although when I run it crosses 120-130 also but under normal conditions it is around 55
Doc told me that people who do intensive cardio activities like running ..sports etc their heart rate deceases and it is absolutely normal

But why this happens amd what is this condition called ??

Get pus culture and sensitivity done from 2 well reputed labs.
If treatment failing it could be MRSA or VRSA infection which needs vanco or meronem etc depending on report.

I am also in search of a good doctor to show my father to.

All dr.s ive seen give only 5 minutes privately and don't take time in history family history or drug history..
These same doctors are great teachers but when we take our family members to them as patients, they are different even with full fees.

Only Shaukat Khanum drs. give ample time maybe it's the hospital policy.

Please can any one suggest a good diagnostician who is willing to give time.
My father is sweating excessively for the past few weeks ...today he has left shoulder pain.

Yes. Its very normal for a person who is athlete and is involved in endurance training rather then weight training.
What I remember, its called athlete heart syndrome and is normal. The reason being your heart adapts to your bodys excess venous return and thus has to give hugher cardiac output and in doing so the ventricular wall musculature enlarges in size. So this hypertrophy causes bradycardia with resting heart rate around 50 to 70bpm.
But its valid for athletes only. Non athletic person should undergo further tests to rule out HOCM. Anyways you enjoy ur training and forget abt ecg. Hope I helped. Take care

periodic check up and thanks all for input . it is brady cardia and it is normal in people with high physical / cardiovascular activity ...

it is around 55-58 for me ..resting pulse ..
