I'm a patient of Arnold Chairi Malformation Type - II. I was operated in 2003, in Pakistan, now, I'm a Ph. D. scholar in Pakistan. I had compression at C1 and at C2 level of cervical spine- where spinal cord and brain conjunction. In 2003, when I was in F. Sc, I was operated for this disease, but after surgery the MRI report -till now shows that- compression left on C2 level. Now, I feel great problem in balance while walking, while walking in dark, after sitting great time in lab work. If I take some light exercise, my brain and whole muscles come under stress after few days. My balance, muscular weakness and brain stress-including in eyes- becomes greater when I feel some stress in my studies or in social life. Most of the times my heat feel fears as under low blood pressure conditions-I think that's the reason of my leg shriveling during my class presentations . In my lower back bone just above the buckets, I always feel aches sometimes greater sometimes low- it become greater when I do much work like in these days I'm writing my thesis work. I also fell aches in my neck. I till feels stiffness or spasticity in my hands and legs- cause problem during gripping and during walking, have only some sensation problems. Please help me as I'm a student ,now, I fell lot of problems in my daily life. I'm from Faisalabad and I'm a student. Its difficult for me to come to Islamabad, immediately. If I send my recent MRI images on CD with reports and the previous history of my disease, then, any help possible. Actually, I'm a Ph.D. scholar and have an opportunity for a six month training in Australia. I'm very worried about it that if some problem will occur in Australia what will happen with me. Please see if some help is possible. Please suggest some doctors and suggestions
