Hello Friend.
I actually had my PRK from this hospital three weeks back and I am extremely satisfied.
I didnt go for Lasik because i am involved in gym and swimming and diving etc and i did some research and was also guided that PRK is much safer in the long run. MY Khala lives in faisalabad so it was easy for me to travel to faisalabad from lahore and had the procedure and come back home. i am 19 yrs old desi guy, who have no job, jsut pick n drop for skool kids, i eat alot, now i have also developed round belly, i eat 2 prathas with desi ghee or makhan in breakfast, and eats alot at lunch and dinner, now problem is, i feels a little pain in my heart almost every second,, i know its due to overeating and high cholesteol level and lack of excercise, so i mstarting excercise, my question is, should i stop eating like this forsome time or i continue eating along with a good excercise???

Mate your question has the answer itself, excess of everything is bad. Eat whatever floats your boat, get on some mild exercise, brisk walk and you'l be good to go.

there are many.... i have myself worked and handled similar cases since 2007 and have worked with almost all the big guns in town..
keeping everything in mind i would recommend the following (in order of preference)

1) Dr Aftab Mohsin
2) Dr Arif Nadeem
3) Dr Ghias -un-Nabi tayyab

there are many others like Dr Shahid, Dr Arif siddiqui/Qayum, Dr Zafar etc etc but none of them come close.
If you or any of your friends/relatives are the patients then there is reason to be hopefull now.. Solvadi was approved by DRA just 2 weeks ago. the price fixed is Rs 1940/-per tablet... read about it or search the internet for details but one thing is sure that the treatment cost or the initial cost will be high with it but the duration of treatment will be with minimal side effects and with better end results... it is a game changer

The exact Cure for Hep C is not yet found because this virus change its shape to beat the medicine. All vaccines and medicines are provided to prolong the effect of virus by keeping it in resting stage so it less harm for the body. This can be achieve by having a good immunity or defence of your body against virus. Eat healthy, do regular excersice and sleep well to beat the virus naturally.

That's just partially true as i only agree on the part where you say eat healthy...

1) Dr Tanveer Ali please enlighten me with the details regarding the above mentioned vaccine for hepatitis C... i was and am still not aware of any vaccine for Hep C, not even in phase 3b or 3a stage... ????

2)Medically a person is deemed cured if virus is not detected in the blood 3 months after the treatment has ended. Solvadi taken with Ribavarin (for Genotype 2 and 3) and with ribavarin + Interferon (for Genotype 1 and 4) does wonders... if you fail to treat and get rid of Hep C it will slowly kill you.. thats why it is called silent killer

I paid 45k for wavefront optimised PRK treatment which I found out is a much superior treatment than the convetional PRK treatments. I did some research on the internet and there is only Alcon Wavelight laser machine which performs such treatments and this hospital is equipped with this laser. There is a corneal scanning examination which needs to be performed before the procedure to make sure if we are safe to undergo the treatment. This scanning cost me Rs. 3000/-. I feel it was worth the cost. I am quite happy with the treatment.

Also low water intake can cause low blood pressure
