Eating spicy foods was my passion, and it resulted in initial level ulcer
My daily water intake is low, but this problem wasn't there like 7-8 years ago.

I guess you haven't experienced Khi's traffic yet. It took me 12 hours to travel a distance of 10 km once, Isloo guys don't even know what a traffic Jam is. I study at LUMS and keep coming to Islamabad, but I haven't experienced any thing near to what happens in Khi on a daily basis. Wese avoiding foods rich in Carbs such as rice and potatoes is a great remedy for low HTN.

Foods rich in water would help you cope with the problem, try having chicken or red meat for lunch, it'd help maintain the sodium intake for the day.

I eat chicken regularly, barely tried red meat ever, though big fan of chicken bbq

But People mostly take bbq at night, I'm talking about Lunch. Try some Red meat dishes if you're okay with it, or else try eating a variety of chicken dishes for lunch. You can take it in any form. I won't suggest raw chicken though!

I want suggessions from DOCTORS or anyone who knows about this disease/bacteria or have experienced the same.

I had my mothers ENDOSCOPY/GASTROSCOPY. The biopsy report shows the Active Helicobacter Pylori. Doctor asked to have Zoltar-20mg and Motilium. And asked for a 10 days course of antibiotics as follows.

First 5 days:
1) Amoxil-500mg 2+0+2

Next 5 days:
1) Fanigyn-500mg 1+0+1
2) Klaracid-500mg 1+0+1

She did this 10 days course, but the symptoms of illness which she was facing before are as it is. We consulted the doctor, but the doctors say that this is the only remeady for this disease. Now i am confused that are they right or is there anyother remeady for this becteria.

Please help me out with your suggessions and openions, Biopsy report is also attached herewith.

H.pylori is treatable. The course done was wrong. Plz do the following blood test so that we have a baseline level for treatment response.
Serum H.Pylori Antibody IgG.
Let me know reports. And pm me as well for treatment. It needs 3 to 6 months treatment and all will be fine. The course carried out was wrongly done in an unusu regimen.

The report says that the lamina propria is inflamed + lymph follicle formation, which means that something is attacking the lining (most likely the bacteria). You did not mention any symptoms. This bacterium is notorious for causing ulcerations in the GIT, am i correct in assuming that (stomach ulcers) is the case?

Oh, i didn't notice that a more senior doc had already replied. And i would also agree though, the regimen appears a little unordered to me (although all three medicines that have been prescribed are commonly used to treat this)

Yes. The medicines are the same but they need slight changes in next consecutive treatment cycles. Since one cycle doesnt cause h.pylori eradication.
Moreover, get it treated asap since long term h.pylori infection has been associated with gastric carcinoma. And this organism has been labeled as grade 1 carcinogen.
