Know some homeopathic lady doctors. But please stay away have seen my family members being destroyed on homeopathic medications. Most of these meds contains steroids got them tested as well. Please go to reliable doctor if you need lady doctors for any speciality will be happy to provide you with names but a big NO to homeopathic doctors. Homeopathic medicine used to be good long time back when a lot of research was present in it. But now there is no research and countless fake medications. Also I was tearing my hair out listening to one of these homeopathic doctors that take the following medications to prevent yourself from developing diabetes and hypertension, this is plain stupidity.

I think in your child case we first need to confirm whether he has asthma or not. In children viral respiratory infections sometime presents with wheeze. And as you have mentioned in normal days he is alright and does not have any symptoms. Even if it is asthma, then most probably it is mild asthma which gets exacerbated in the spring season due to allergen exposure.
My experience is that general physicians and child specialists overuse these syrups which are mostly not needed. Its better to consult a chest physician (pulmonologist ) for proper diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
The other myth regarding asthma is the use of inhalers. People say that inhalers are started when asthma becomes untreatable. On the contrary inhaled treatment is the first line treatment of asthma. And it is also a myth that inhalers once started cannot be stopped. Morever inhalers have fewer side effects as compared to oral treatment.

If getting blood tests is difficult due to thin veins don't get them done. They are not necessary. Only supplementary in diagnosis of asthma. Best initial test is Peak expiratory flow and most accurate test is pulmonary function test for asthma.

As I said in my first post if you see and now xubair is also saying that most commonly these wheeze in children are due to respiratory infections. And as said inhalers or nebulizers are first line treatment, myteka and all else is secondary try to avoid all oral agents if the symptoms are being controlled on inhaled agents. So as Xubair is also saying show your child to good pulmonologist. Try to find a good one, try Dr. Zubair its his field of expertise. I am also feeling your child doesn't have asthma.

Now he is very much stable breathing much normally. As posted earlier he is using

De-Tuz cough syp 1+1+1
Britanyl syp (terbutaline Sulphate) 1+1+1
Zatofen syp (Ketotifen) 1+1
Myteka 5mg tab 1 daily

Along with:

1ml Clenial A + 2ml NS 1+1+1
0.5ml ventoline + 2ml NS 1+1

I have already stopped oral medications and clenial A, only nablizing with ventoline twice a day. So question is should I stop using ventoline or keep it. Does it have any side effects in long run...

As weather is so bad that sometimes I feel difficulty breathing due to dust and pollen in air. Although he is using mask but cant wear mask at home all the time and dust/pollen seems infiltrating the house EVEN I have covered the house much with green sheet.

I plan to keep giving him myteka for 1-2 months till weather settles.

Now as you said you have stopped all medications, this is good.

Now you have some options. For nebulization use any one.

1. Either use only ventolin with clenil A nebulization twice a day.

2. Either use Clenil C not clenil A nebulization twice a day.

3. Either use only ventolin twice a day.

Now for oral medications. Again also for oral, use only one.

1. Either use only myteka.

2. Either use only zatofen syp.

Now in my opinion zatofen syp, seems more suited to your childs description as its looking like allergic condition. But myteka is ok.
For Nebulization I would prefer clenil c as it contains both the medications for nebulization, so makes your life easier. Again my opinion if you are satisfied with ventolin and clenil A or even ventolin only its also ok.

Ventolin via inhaled route, long term does not have any major side effects.

Try to find natural raw honey from somewhere it's really beneficial for allergies and infections. It contains a portion of wax. If someone lives in the US or UK he can order it from amazon, they also deliver to pakistan, but then it would be quite expensive reaching here, following is a link from amazon US as an example.

my mother gets medicines from some hakeems that seem to be affliated with hamdard. the medicines are also by hamdard.

she had bawaseer, normal medicines didn't seem to be helping, the hakeem med worked for like 4-5 months, now seem abit less effective.

but what is your opinion about hamdard. How to get a medicine tested, i would like to know if these are steriods or may in any way be bad for health.

For testing medicines officially only PCSIR does it. Another way is if you have close or personal contacts in any reputed pharmaceutical company, they can also do it.

I personally don't trust hamdard, even I don't trust small pharma companies in pakistan as they are masters of fake medicine.

We have medications for hemorrhoids, if that doesn't seem to work then you can always go for surgery. Its a small surgery carried out under local anesthetic or under a nerve block, from what I have seen such surgery takes mostly 15-20min. Consult a good general surgeon. Don't think if he is a surgeon he will instantly go for operation, first he will also try medications if they don't help then surgery is the only option. Best if you find a colorectal surgeon. But unfortunately very rare to find one in whole of pakistan.

Someone i know had this problem what she did was Drink alot of water like 10 15 glass and eat water melon alot increased empty stomic fruits intake eat apple alot
Totaly avoid bakery processed food fried food and rice and Spices eat mostly boiled stuff with some salt and must eat salad and yogurt fresh not nestle 2no yogurt
Walk after eating is must

Drink carrot juice and coconut water daily

Use posterisan Fort Cream

And she is fine now

Diet plan is from a nutritionist my wife and it realy worked stool must be bloody that doctors r saying for surgery they usualy come back after surgery if diet is not good

Brother what dexter is saying, to some extent he is correct. Diet does play a role in development of hemorrhoids but again to some extent. Just avoid processed food also oily food, increasing fruits and vegetables in diet along with ispaghul before every meal is important. Hemorrhoids cannot disappear they can shrink till the point there is no bleeding. But it depends from case to case, some resolve with medicines and diet some require surgery and some require more advanced surgery but very rarely. Read these articles they will help:

Surgery wouldn't make it worse, as these are dilated blood vessels once they are destroyed, either it will resolve or grow again, no chance to for making it worse, until and unless surgeon has no clue what he is doing, go to any reputed institute like shaukat khanum they are used to colorectal surgery so this is childs play for them. As these articles also tell recurrence of hemorrhoids depends on how strictly you follow your diet and how much straining you do when passing stools. More harder the stools more straining you will have to do to pass them. So to counter this condition if diet and ispaghul doesn't help a stool softener can be used. Just try to find a very good surgeon who is experienced in such procedures. Surgery is the only remedy in my opinion if you want them to go away for good.

Update: Got him checked by child specialist and he said its not that much aggravated. He perscribed

Can I go with option 2 & 3 at the same time? As I also came to know that Clenil C has some infection control agents and is good.
I am continuing myteka 5mg 1 tab daily at sleep time. So can I also go with Zatofen syp at the same time?

Yup I also prefer Clenil C due to above mentioned reason but don't know why this doctor did not advised it and instead advised Clenil A. I normally nablize with Clenil C for 2-3 days along with ventoline to control if any infection is going on and then only use ventoline afterwards. I think this practice is also ok.

I normally use Islamic Honey from their wahdat road branch and found it really good quality. Previously used Hamdard honey and it was real Crap. My friends use to get honey direct from trees in my home town so will try to get that one in this summer vacations.. so it will be cheap too

Same here. Hamdard was good a long ago but now they are also just crap. I bought honey from them but at the end it just became hard like sugar solution so its no good anymore.

@glioblastoma and dexter. it is definitely a dietry problem, she complains of constipation, i have a feeling everyone in the house has it to some extent. i will try and increase intake of fruit.

for her, exercise is limited due to knee problem

Make a habit of drinking 2 spoons Ispaghol + 1 spoon honey + 1 glass of water/milk daily (or on alternated days) and you will forget there was any constipation.
