You are not the only one I am too.
Did you try minoxidil hair spray.
If this fails next step in management is a drug called finasteride. But it has some side effects, if you are ready to bear the side effects then you can use it under a supervision of trained specialist. You can read about its side effects on net try searching for finasteride for hair growth and its side effects. Believe me after reading them you will not like them one bit.
Then comes hair transplant, this is also not a permanent solution you have to do it again after some times.
Many people are using natural remedies like me and it is helping a lot. Before starting it I could feel bald spots on my head but now their are sprouts of new hair in those areas unbelievable.
So I am going to start of with aloe vera gel take it out after cutting a fresh leaf. Apply it onto your hair for 2-3hrs.
Second is beetroot, grate it using a grater and then squeeze to take out its juice. First rub the grated portion on your head thoroughly and then apply the juice you squeezed out. A more better way to do this is take a juicer, put a beetroot in it and squeeze it, it will give out its juice collect it, then the solid portion collects some where in the juicer take this beetroot solid portion out and rub it thoroughly on your head, now don't apply the beetroot juice immediately, in the same juicer take out juice of 1/2 small onion and 2-3 cloves of garlic so this makes it a garlic, onion, beetroot juice. Now apply this to your head for 2-3hrs. The only problem with this remedy is if you can bear the smell which doesn't go away with shampooing as well.
A very important next strategy is to find SLS or sulphate free shampoo. Its very hard to find in pakistan, so alternative is baby shampoo but that too don't apply it on your hair for longer than 5-10sec that also once only.
