Dear All , My distance vision is weak especially left one , lense 2 and right one is OK . Now please guide should I wear glasses all the time or when ever traveling mode .

Better to wear all the time but if inconvenient wear only while driving or travelling.

Yes you can dissolve gallstones but not completely, the capsule comes under the name of triptor or urso. But you have to go to a specialist who have used this before. Avoid eating fatty and oily food. What is your current height and weight. Calculate the BMI and if it is above normal, you have to control your weight.

Not having pain is not the problem, if the stone blocks gallbladder neck or gallbladder duct(cystic duct) or common bile duct then that can create havoc and disastrous complications. Most appropriate and effective form of treatment is surgery. Don't be afraid of surgery, its one of the most common cases in our surgical wards, just find a good skilled surgeon, get a laparoscopic or robotic cholecystectomy done. Robotic one is very rare in pakistan but with fastest recovery. Try to avoid surgeons who is insisting on open cholecystectomy, because it has highest complication rate and longest recovery period.

i adjusted my breakfast to oatmeal and bran bread. that should improve fiber in the diet. also went for a walk just after waking up and freshening. this really seemed to raise energy levels throughout the day, i was even able to sleep for a bit in the day time (which usually doesn't happen).

now i just feel i should eat some vitamin b12 tablets. i have pins and needles, after some searching i found that sometimes low vitamin b12 intake can cause it, some extra vitamins should be nice too.

Where do you have pins and needles sensation is it in all four limbs, any particular finger, or in both upper limbs or both lower limbs? The low b12 level is only one of the many causes. So answer the above question. Specifically for detecting b12 you can get a b12 level done but it is highly unlikely you have low b12.

Yes stress is a major contributor for many neurological symptoms, best thing to reduce stress is exercise at least an hour a day.

Were you diagnosed after suddenly having severe/moderate pain or were you diagnosed on routine check up?

Rowachol tabs will help but not a permanent solution. You must decrease atleast 10-15kg to come to ideal weight.

If you were diagnosed after having pain then it's better to get surgery according to guidelines within 3 weeks of pain. surgery along with recovery will require about 7 days holiday at max or may be earlier. If you don't get surgery it is highly likely you will have pain again and this time might be worse like one of the complications described above as something will be blocked, so better not delay it and get it done whenever you can get holidays.

Pros: obviously will make you look younger.

worst affected areas are back of shoulders, head and arms (above elbows).

This may be more related to your anxiety then any neurological or vitamin problem. When you get anxious your breathing rate increases which in turn causes respiratory alkalosis and hence decrease in free calcium and hence hypoclacemia presenting as pins and needles sensation. Most probably this is the situation with you but I might be wrong.

If you want you can get a CBC done along with vit. b12 levels. rather than taking vitamins because all excess vitamins will be washed away in your urine or stools. So our professor used to say "if you don't need vitamins then don't take them it's only a way of producing more expensive urine and stools."

anxiety triggers it, but so does exercise and spicy biryani :P........for some reason i think it might be the glands that make sweat, when exercising, it happens just when the body heats up and is about to reach sweating temperature. but absolutely nothing in summer.also strong sunlight, the things i mentioned previously too.

and the skin actually swells in those spots, you can see bumps where it hurts, along with redness.

Yes only tell them do CBC and b12 levels. I don't think it is associated with your sweat gland.

But before doing these tests, can you tell, does the skin swells up and reddens and hurt in area of pins and needles sensation only? or swelling and redness is another area? and after how much time does the swelling and redness go away?

So a tricky situation, can you pm me a pic of the swelling and redness. Then I would be able to guide you better.

these days, i am not suffering from the condition because it isn't so cold anymore, it returns every winter. but for an idea, it looks like goose bumps, just less in amount (more spacing) and red.

it only happens where it itches, and it is so bad that i often have to apply water, that seems to provide relief. the pain is so much, that I can't stay in public, when it happens

the swelling takes 15-20 minutes to go away after the pain stops. the time of pain depends on temperature (ambient) and my nervousness

Okay so I wrote a whole paragraph for you after what you just showed. But had to remove it all, as I was wrong. But I will tell you initially what I thought after reading your post my diagnosis was allergic dermatitis or herpes simplex/zoster.

But it was not making sense, so I searched the net as the symptoms you are describing are nowhere described in the books, and it took only sometime after searching the net, that symptoms you are describing what I am pretty sure now is the correct diagnosis is cholinergic urticaria. I will provide some literature for you to read.

For treatment go to a good dermatologist (the drugs I am naming in the bracket is the brand name) they will give you anti-allergic like, cetirizine(zyrtec, zanlan, baydal, ocitra) or Loratadine(histanil, loragix). If these drugs do not help then you will have to be shifted to montelukast(myteka, montiget, singulair) or ketotifen(zatofen). Also do not forget to read in those articles the portion that tells how to prevent this.

But be sure to see a good dermatologist and do not start treatment yourself. No blood test will help if you still want to get some tests done then go to lab and say do a "CBC with differential count" and an "IgE level". Other tests described in articles are rare to find in pakistan.
