i understand that and i really appreciate you doing all that effort, most doctors say it will fix itself so it really means alot.
my elder brother and a cousin also report this sensation, they said it was very intense at my age but reduced eventually. so i think it runs in the family
my big brother is now around 34 and he says it occurs much less often and when it does, it is bearable

but why does this article relate it to headaches, shortness of breath and salivation... i do get excessive saliva during running or if i am fasting. headaches are common and shortness of breath is also present, but i think those are due to low exercise.

sorry if i sound like i am making up problems :D, the headaches and the skin problem are a real limitation ( disaster if it happens during an exam or presentation), i want to be optimized
I will visit a dermatologist, but i am not sure whether i should go now or in winter, because it is difficult to reproduce the symptoms in this weather.
