Yerterday I sat in squatting position for few hours.
I was sitting in a bit cramped position for 3-4 hours.
Afterwards I got severe neck pain I could not move my face to right side freely.

After an hour or so I took neuberol forte for the pain.
Then slept. When u woke in the morning felt I couldn't move my left foot fingers. I can only slightly curl then downwards but Can't move them above. I mean downward movement with fingers is possible but not upward.

Also I cannot lift the foot (lefft) above. No upwards movement around ankle.

Few things that I can relate to this issue are that I tried to kick start my bike few times and kick was hard but didn't felt any pain or discomfort at that time of for the next one hour.
Second thing that I can relate to it is that the bed I was sleeping on was short and if I layed straight in it my foot was hanging out and has no support under my heal. But I slept diagonally. I might have changed direction and my foot might have had been hanging.

Neck pain is still there but hardly 20-30 % of what it was yesterday.
I can walk bend knee but since morning cannot lift foot around ankle feet seems like hanging from the ankle ..

Please help if it will recover itself? What sort of rest should I take? If it Needs to be discussed which type of doctor should I visit?

Situation still same after 36 hours of rest. Had a consultation with orthopedic doctor and mri done. I do have mri cd but mri report will be given in couple of days. Doctors will proceed accordingly to that report.

All symptoms of my foot are of "drop foot "
I m realy tense. Please someone advise me if I can recover from it?

Some good news. Now it's much improved 90% normal rotation of foot and fingers. But still lacking on strength. Almost 70% strength in foot and in fingers.

Doing physiotherapy.
Lumbar spine mri normal
Waiting for results of nerve conduction test and emg test results.

You can get them recommended from any pulmonologist / Chest specialist in your area. He will advise after asking few questions and ruling out contraindications. Then you can get the shot from emergency of same hospital.

Plz consult a neurologist. What's the current status.? The symptoms may be due to nerve damage.

Emg /nerve conduction test normal.

Did some blood test to rule out immune issue..

Hi experts,
Couple of days ago my 10 year old son got temperature with slight cough and pain in throat with nasal congestion. Upon checkup by doctor, he told that he has caught cold and been "garam sarad" so he said it could lead to pneumonia if not taken care and advised AZIT 1/2 tsp once daily with PIRITON decongestant and kalpol for fever. He advised to get him checked after 2-3 days.

I would like to have your input if we are going on right path or do I need to revise his medications.

@tibenabvi12 dear Zafar bhai ... I agree with most of the things you mentioned. Alopathetic medicines carry too much side affects and are mostly to relieve symptoms etc but I am also unable to find any knowledgeable person who treats with tib e nabvi...
Can you please explain what tib e nabvi says about autism? its causes, cure etc.. as my son has mild symptoms and alopathetic medications failed to work and are mostly sedatives...

Autism is a common disorder in which the victim faces difficulties with verbal & non verbal communication, social interaction and learning abilities. Their symptoms are they are often busy in their 'own world'. They don't talk too much and say one word again and again. They are not out going, can't make friends and feel restricted.

To explain further we are not sure if its really autism or some other problem as Initially he had symptoms of being in his own world etc but now my son is not much busy in his own world all the time. He is social and likes to play with others, wants to draw attention, has learned by heart A-Z and 1-30 also urdu grammar from alif to yey and recognizes each character not just "ratta"...

He can speak 2-4 word phrase and has good eye contact due to which sometimes doctors and therapist are also not sure if its really autism but no one ever asked to get any tests done etc...

only autism like symptoms are useless babbling, yelling, repetitive movements, smelling each and everything and hand movements..

He was born through c-section but was normal kid. We suspect only incident was cold wind touching his head when he was sweating and then he developed pneumonia. The medications of pneumonia may have caused this and also another suspect is MMR vaccine which is quite controversial now in developed countries too.

Benign tumors usually are not excised but if its causing problems in movement &/or there are cosmetic reasons, then it should be removed. Prof Amir Aziz in Ghurki trust hospital, Lahore (jallo mor) is a renowned and expert orthopedic surgeon. You can consult him for expert advice. Good luck. I am from bhalwal ( distt. Sargodha). Sir , I am suffering from nerves stretch. My head nerves stretch and I feel very bad. I dont want to meet people, I always think negative. I keep on thinking about health issues. When I get good sleep my issue resolves for 1-2 days. But that sleep comes very little often

   mein jb 1 mg ( alplazolam) use krta hun toh kafi fresh feel krta hun. Mujhe alprazolam use krtay huay 2 months hogaey hein . Lekin ziada tar regular use nhi ki. Kabhi 0.5 mg , kabhi 3-4 days ka nagha.

Abhi 2-3 days sy leg thighs ki back par muscles stretch ho rahey hein. Kafi ziada khichao mehsoos hota hai. Shayad ramzan ki dehydration ho. Mein cholestrol ki wajah sy eggs, meat nhi khata. Ziada tar ( 98%) daalein air vegetables khata hun. Please guide as its hurting a lot. Meri nerves kuon khichi rehti hein. Any solution.

You seem to be suffering from clinical depression. Taking anxiolytics is not a permanent solution of your problems. I suggest you see a Psychiatrist in Sargodha (I am not sure you can find one in Bhalwal). The Psychiatrist will be in a better position to analyze and treat you. Totkas are not going to help in my opinion.

Thanks for reply sir. Actually depression and nerves stretch is main issue. Sometimes I feel like lion. I keep working but most of the time it hurts and I cant enjoy wrking , inspite I try to pass time by lying on bed etc. In sargodha I cant find one. Pls help if you can by telling some doctor in faisalabad region or may b somewhere else. But I need good one as I a m suffering from this for last 2-3 years. There was one panic attack as well 5 years ago. I keep fighting but now I cant. JazakAllh.
