So here is my plight with a time line:
5th May : Payment sent with screenshot for two items
6th May : Approval received from PWs team
6th May : Text msg received from Blue ex courier to keep Amount ready (Here i contacted PWs and Blue Ex management and told them that i had already paid, blue ex told me to contact Pws and inform them so they may inform us, so i did that and PWs told me that they have informed blue ex service)
Here lies my fault as i left for work the rider came the helper in our house received the parcel and the rider asked the payment which the helper paid of course, had i known the issue had not been resolved i would have told the guy not to pay the courier.
7th May : I told the whole issue to PWs team and asked them about my second item which was not included in the package, they told me that the second item is on its way from Kci, i said that i haven't yet opened the 1st package (for which i had paid double now) so they can take it and refund me my money, i was told that i have now paid twice for an item that i should order something else from PWs store so that the payment can be adjusted, so reluctantly i ordered another 3rd item which was a bit cheaper but i didnt mind, at least my money would not go to waste.
22nd May : Received the second item
28th May : Told them that i still haven't received the 3rd item which i was told to buy to adjust the payment
9th June : I told PWs team to return my money as i haven't received the 3rd item
22th June : Still no response and i have paid for 3 items but received only 2
