QG16DE Nissan Sunny N16 2005 A/T

Calling all the Techies. Need suggestions regarding Nissan Sunny Auto Transmission 1.6 QG16DE 2005 Japan Assembled.

Cannot get Fuel Milage any higher than 6-7 km/L. Changed Ignition Coils (OEM part number), Spark Plugs (double needle tip irridium), Genuine Fuel Rail and Injectors, PCV valve (replaced with Honda's couldn't find original, ordered oem will replace once recieved).

Crankshaft position sensor and IACV were malfunctioning replaced them.

Suggestions are required for the following points

1. Is there anything else that might improve fuel efficiency further ?
2. Can bad Fuel Pressure Regulator be a cause of low average ?
3. IACV Idle Air Vol learning cannot be performed successfully, although idle rpm is stable and ignition timing at idle is at minus 9 btdc.

Ait is also worth mentioning here that this model isn't equipped with catalytic converter, there is no oxygen sensor that can be located under the hood. MAF sensor has 05 pins however only 03 wires are there on the connector.
