only if you have the correct specs for it and a new reaction plate etc.

easier would be to replace it.

I ripped apart a booster once, fairly simple to understand but it is still better to replace it

I couldn't find a 'rebuild kit' anywhere though

Had a test run this weekend to Islamabad. It was a good run overall. A fews issues faced, like there is a slight jerk while shifting gears.... OD/OFF light does not put the O/D to off, it is only the indication in the meter which is glowing and going off on pressing the O/D button on/off so have to check that.

Moreover, there are 16 flashes of O/D Off at ign on first start up.

Another thing, which I faced was, somehow I missed wiring up the TCU's DATA Wires to DLC3 grip, and upon attaching it with Consult II, it did not show the A/T so I missed a chance to get the code out of the transmission. That was sad to know actually.

Consult II at Nissan Rawalpindi Motors, Rawalpindi. It was a very good visit, had a chat with their Head Electrician Mr Waqar, who is a nice and knowledeable person. He was very satisfied with the engine wiring job on the whole.

It was missed, somehow. Anyways, that's not an issue, the issue now is, the 16 flash lights of O/D and jerk. I'll open up wiring again tomorrow for TCU.

One question I have, the dropping resistor may be faulty, does it have anything to do with the gear shifting jerk ?
